Meet Our Founder
Born to a middle class family, Sharad Gupta grew up watching his family choose stability. He did the same and started working small jobs after graduating with an M.Tech. in Structural Engineering, but he couldn’t find fulfillment.
During this time, new buildings, factories, and homes were rising everywhere in India. But in 1998, the collapse of Govinda Towers in Mumbai opened his eyes to the danger that came with this rapid growth: weak structural designs, poor execution, and compromised safety.
This led him to start Sanrachna in 1999. Since then, he has fought for quality, transparency, and integrity in construction to make sure that every structure is not just concrete and steel, but a safe foundation for dreams.
